Application procedure
The claim procedure contained in article 13 of RD 1112/2018 will come into force on September 20, 2020 as contemplated in its fifth final provision.
Claim
If, once a request for accessible information or complaint has been made, it has been rejected, the decision taken is not in agreement, or the response does not meet the requirements set forth in article 12.5, the person concerned may initiate a claim. Likewise, a claim may be initiated in the event that no response has been obtained.
They will be submitted through the complaint form on web accessibility and will be received and processed by the Directorate General for Transparency and Good Governance.

Against the resolution of the claim regulated in the previous articles, an appeal may be filed with the Deputy Minister for Transparency and Quality of Services.
