By adopting a virtual format, Soria Gastronómica can be a longer event and host more sessions with experts from around the world, extending the congress by several days.

So, in 2020, we will hold sessions every Monday in October. On October 26 and 27, the traditional dates of the congress, we’ll offer multiple sessions with presentations throughout the day.
